BROTHERS RALLY FOR SUMMER . 14TH D,WENT AND DID IT RALLY. 11, 12, 13TH MAY 2007

PLEASE READ

On Friday 20 April the committee of Codnor Sport and Social Club phoned me to inform me that they were closing the social club down with effect from 30 April due to financial problems and that we would not be able to hold the rally at their site on our agreed date
Despite all our arguments they would not change their minds.
After a lot of discussion amonst the members we agreed to try and find a new site instead of cancelling the rally and letting everyone down.After many phone calls and visits to other sites we unfortunately could'nt find any where that was suitable or who could accommodate us at such short notice,so it is with deep regret that we have decided to cancel our rally altogether.
We will regroup and start planning to put on a rally for next year, hopefully bigger and better (if thats possible) than before.
Once again the B.O.T.H appologise for any inconvenience but stress it was out of our control.
We will reimburse the money you have paid as soon as possible.
Please contact us if you haven't recieved your cheque before end of next weekend.
